Morgan Holzaepfel

Morgan is responsible for all aspects of the primary investment process, including fund selection, due diligence, negotiations, monitoring, and general partner relationship management.

Prior to joining Adams Street, she was an Associate for Blackrock Private Equity Partners. She participated in investment research, analysis, due diligence, and deal execution on both co-investment and primary fund investment opportunities. Prior to Blackrock, she was with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in their Institutional Sales and Marketing Group.

Morgan is a member of Adams Street’s New Product Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
